Job Description | Roles and Responsibilities
1. Drafting of Notice, Agenda, Minutes of Board, Committee, General Meetings.
2. Independently maintaining Statutory Registers and Records of the Company.
3. All Company Secretary Activities.
4. Knowledge of Secretarial Compliance, LLP Act, and Companies Act.
5. CSR, Conversion of Co. into LLP and LLP into Company.
6. Monitoring day-to-day affairs of the Company & ensuring the required statutory compliance.
7. Risk Management: Identify and help mitigate regulatory and compliance risks.
